Fees
3 x day rental Thursday to Saturday - £450 (£150 per day)
6 x Day rental Monday to Saturday - £720 (£120 per day)
2 x Consecutive Weeks Monday to Saturday x 2 weeks - £1200 (£100 per day)
4 x Consecutive Weeks Monday to Saturday x 4 weeks - £2160 (£90 per day)
12 x Consecutive Weeks Monday to Saturday x 12 weeks - £5760 (£80 per day)
- Fees are non-negotiable
- Unpaid fees will result in loss of contract
- 1 week notice on either party for 4 consecutive week rentals
- 2 weeks notice by either party for 12 consecutive weeks rentals
- Should the tenant not maintain the shop for cleanliness or conduct the premises as not stated in the contract, the landlord can terminate the contract at any time.
- 10% premium for November and December
Deposit
Non-refundable 50% deposit to be taken to confirm the booking and thereafter:
- Booking for 3 days to 2 weeks – Remainder in full payment the day before occupation.
- Booking for 4 weeks – Remainder in full Payment within 7 days of Occupation
- Booking for 12 Weeks - £1440 paid at the end of 4 weeks, remaining payment of £1440 at the end of 8 weeks
You are responsible to arrange your own public liability and stock insurance which will need to be submitted before
