So, if you're not completely happy within the first 30 days after receiving your items, just send it back to us and we can offer you store credit.
Only store credit will be given for returned items, unfortunately we don't offer refund of payment.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and if applicable, in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping and it must be within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your returned package, it will be inspected & processed within 5-7 business days.
Please contact us before returning your product. We won't accept any refunds for credit or exchange unless we have received an email from you explaining the reasons for return.
